The WC cross country ski trails have been already completed. The roller ski track is in operation.

Restructuring of pillar Nr. 4 at the Hörnerbahn due to the landslide, January 2018
Draft of a restructuring concept, coordination with official experts and the government of Oberbayern (ropeway supervising committee), construction supervision and project management, restart of winter operation on the 9th of February 2018, completion of the restructuring measures after the winter season, approval for regular summer operation on the 24th of April 2018.
A delegation of the Club50aktiv-Society, headed by its President Dr. Franz Pegger, took the chance to have a glimpse behind the scenes of the successful ski area planners (FIS Alpine Ski WC Garmisch and St. Moritz) – whilst at the moment there are works going on concerning the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships 2019 in Seefeld, Tyrol. In an impressive manner DI Christian Klenkhart portrayed the projects implemented over the last 25 years all across the European Alpine range. Afterwards while having a standing reception the participants had great discussion on the presented projects.
