- Kick off meeting, scoping hearings, time shedule management
- Coordination and participation in (project) team meetings
- Compilation of protokols and to-do lists, deadline-controlling
- Coordination of the respective services regarding the individual evaluators
- Preparation of brief reports for all official experts and further participants
- Participation in all hearings regarding of the EIA procedure
